Spanky Productions LLC, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, operates this marketing and creative portfolio website. It presents our services, project photographs, short silent video previews and image posters. Our official monitored contact for client inquiries and privacy requests is spankyproductionsllc@gmail.com.
This policy covers this Spanky website and inquiries sent to Spanky. It does not serve as the privacy policy for the separately branded Beyond The Offer website.
Project inquiries
The project inquiry form uses an email link to open a prefilled draft in your own email application. This website does not submit the inquiry to a backend, send it on your behalf or store a server-side form submission. You decide whether to edit and send the email. The draft may include your name, email address, company, project type, optional timeline, optional indicative budget and project brief.
If JavaScript is unavailable, the website provides a direct email link instead of an active inquiry form. An email application must be available to use either email link.
This website does not provide a newsletter enrollment, SMS signup or automated email-reply service. Sending an inquiry does not record consent to receive SMS messages.
Email information and retention
If you send an email, it contains the information you choose to include and the sender and message details handled by your email service. Delivery to our inbox uses Google's email service. We use the message to understand and respond to your inquiry or privacy request. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Copies of messages may remain in your email account, our Gmail account and the providers' systems, depending on the email services' and account owners' practices. We do not specify a fixed retention period or guarantee automatic or on-demand deletion.
Website delivery and request logs
Loading pages, images and videos sends requests to the website's hosting and delivery services. The Python web server produces basic request logs that can include a connecting IP address, timestamp, requested path or query string, and response status. A connecting address may belong to a proxy rather than the visitor.
Hosting, edge and proxy services may process additional request information. The information processed, access arrangements and retention depend on the providers' practices and service configuration. The normal inquiry handoff does not put your form entries in a website request URL; this is not a claim that no technical data is processed.
Google Fonts and other providers
The homepage requests fonts from Google Fonts. Those requests may make information such as your IP address and technical request details available to Google. Email applications, email providers and hosting services also process information under their own practices. How those providers handle and retain information depends on their respective services and practices.
Analytics, cookies and browser storage
The current website code does not implement analytics or marketing pixels, marketing cookies, website user accounts, application session storage, or an SMS enrollment or opt-in record system. This does not mean every provider is cookie-free or that no IP addresses are processed.
Your browser and service providers may use caches, cookies or other storage according to their own behavior and settings.
